Mark is a technology professional who is wildly passionate about great CX and having the right strategy, creative and technology in place. He brings to the table over 20 year’s experience and a centre brained approach to both business and product development.
He is the technical guy, the self confessed nerd, however he’s also the first person to tell you to forget the tech and focus on the experience. Being both technical and creative, his work with some of the largest global brands has been acknowledged by his peers with multiple awards (Cannes Gold Lion, Spikes, Effie's, AMIA's and many more).
Mark cut his teeth on the production floor of a Newspaper, then shifting to digital in 1996, has worked numerous technical and creative roles at some of the biggest agencies in Australia. These days, as CXO at Personalised Media Group, he partners with organisations to understand their current state and then helps reshape and define what the future state Martech landscape and CX should look like. Mark will tell you, "it's not just about architecting great experiences, it is about architecting great experiences that add value to both the customer and the organisation.”
