Good morning people! We are back at The Commons for the last time this year!. We are super excited to have the owner of Sticky Fingers Bakery, Hayley Mckee joining us. Hayley is known for her unique, earthy baking that leans on underused natural ingredients.
Joining us on the theme of tradition, Hayley will be speaking about how she in the business of something incredibly traditional: cakes. But how she actively bends the common modes of running a bakery and uses lateral thinking to create new ways of fostering a sweet community. We can't wait to see you all there! :)

Hayley McKee is the owner of Sticky Fingers Bakery and the cookbook author of Sticky Fingers, Green Thumb. She is known for her unique, earthy baking that leans on underused natural ingredients. Hayley has been featured both locally and internationally in Vogue, Food52, The Washington Post, frankie, Peppermint, and the cover of Epicure/GoodFood, ranked number 1 for Melbourne wedding cakes. She's hosted unique dessert pop-up events and baked for the likes of The Australian Ballet, Romance Was Born, and Beci Orpin’s book Find and Keep.
