New Frontiers: The Rise of Voice
With the spread of chatbots and AI, like Google Home and Alexa, we are moving toward a potential future in which we only interact with brands through words. The possibilities of conversational interfaces are only just starting to reveal themselves. But so are the challenges. And there may come a day where brands are defined not by how they are seen, but how they sound.
New Frontiers: The Rise of Voice will explore the big questions such a future presents: Is a post-screen world really a possibility? What does this mean for design? Will people bond with bots? How do we create a voice which is human and authentic? How do you write for an artificial voice? And what happens when it goes off script.
Join a diverse panel of 4 experts in the field as they delve into the emerging discipline of voice experience, and what it means for our industry, our clients, and ourselves as consumers
