Monique has worked as a graphic designer both locally and internationally for various industries, predominately in fashion and the arts. She was Head of Design at the Australian Centre (ACMI) for the Moving Image for over 2 years, finishing up recently, leading a team of designers within the Marketing department. Here she actively managed the ACMI brand as well as campaigns across all areas from exhibitions to events, cinemas to wayfinding. Prior to this, she spent several years as the Graphic Design Manager at Country Road, with a team of 8, creating an extensive scope of collateral for both the Country Road and Trenery brands including a brand refresh, packaging and VM solution
Monique’s strong foundation across European and Australian projects means her projects are comprehensive, entailing the disciplines of strategy, branding values, identity, illustration, art direction, signage, interiors, packaging, digital & promotional items in her work.
Monique is currently contracting in Melbourne.
Jack Mussett is Principal and Creative Director at Australian design studio Motherbird. The studio works with a diverse set of clients from all around the world. Motherbird has been named a Top 10 Design Force in Australia by Design Quarterly magazine, as well as taking out the SOYA Award for best young creative in the country. With a passion for the industry, Jack has been the Victorian Chairman for the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) and an active member of the design community for a number of years. He has spoken at many of Australia’s top creative conferences as well as been appointed a judge at various award shows. Recently Jack launched Word—Form, which is a platform to explore the creative mind through through written word.
Quan is a passionate creative with a distinguished career spanning Australia, South Africa and the USA.
With a focus on holistic brand building, he has created campaigns, identity systems, design and communication for some of the worlds most iconic and influential companies including Nike, Swarovski, Calvin Klein, COTY, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Chobani, Qantas and Woolworths South Africa.
Quan brings this diverse global experience to Cornwell, combining it with a desire to create a culture of creative excellence and to fulfill his vision for ideas that are both inspiring and influential.
A passion for design excellence and creativity has kept Helen Watts, of Watts Design, creating meaningful and resonating communications for over 20 years.
Helen takes a considered approach to finding creative design solutions. Her strong conceptual focus puts ideas at the forefront. Working closely with the client, she oversees every aspect of the creative process to ensure the right outcome in the marketplace. And she loves meeting clients who are passionate about what they do.
Over the years Helen’s designs have gained attention from clients, colleagues and judges. Her work (and the work of the studio) has been published in prestigious peer journals and won many national and international awards.
Apart from her busy schedule at Watts Design, Helen has always been keen to give back to the industry. She was on the Council of the Victorian Chapter of the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) for five years, serving three years as State President.
