I received notice of this from one of the awards ceremonies I was privileged to judge in Slovenia in 2001. It's a pretty big deal in Eastern Europe, and is slowly spreading West (check out this year's jury).

I thought younger AGDA members - with an interest in European exposure may find it interesting - Work that is submitted is rewarded for the idea first. The reality of a client is optional, fairly indulgent but always interesting!
