AGDA 2000 National Awards
Central to the weekend will be the Saturday evening awards dinner on June 24, representing two years of industry-leading achievement by Australia's top designers and studios.
This year, the awards categories have been expanded to include Interactive Design, including designing for clients using CD-rom or the Internet as the medium.
Likewise, the Packaging category has grown to embrace FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods, like national brands and packaged goods) and New Media as extra entries.
New Media Packaging includes CD covers and software and computer packaging
in fact, packaging for any electronic media.
Entries for the AGDA 2000 Awards close on April 17.
