At 31, Dom is an international designer director and co-founder of 21-19, a design and communications agency, based in Melbourne, Australia and working both in Australia and Europe, on broadcast design and motion graphic projects.
After gaining a Bachelor of Design from the College of Fine Arts, University of NSW in Sydney, Dom matriculated through the ranks of one of Australia's foremost graphic design firms; Emery Vincent Design, and broadcast design pioneers; Extro Design.
Together with colleagues Finnegan Spencer and Kevin Mercer, he founded Engine Design in 1999, which quickly established a strong reputation.
Consistently winning major awards every year, including the coveted, "Best of Show" at the Australian & NZ BDA Promax Awards for his opening title sequence for the SBS drama series 'Going Home', his branding work for the international airline Qantas, was awarded the highest honour - the pinnacle at the 2002 AGDA Awards.
Most recently his short films have found audiences in European contemporary art galleries, with his short film 'The Reality Project' selected to feature at the prestigious 10th anniversary of the 'onedotzero' moving image festival at the Institute of Contemporary Art, London in 2006.
He is a founding member of the Australian INfront (www.australianinfront.com.au), a non-profit based community web project, and he is also creator of the popular VISUAL RESPONSE project found on INfront.
