We've recently ironed out issues with filling out the survey, and we apologies for any inconvenience.

Business Owners will need to have the following information from your 2009 tax return:

-Revenue from design, artwork, production, commissions; and

-Expenditure on salaries, rent, car, utilities, telco,materials, suppliers.

All responses and information are treated anonymously and in the strictest confidence.
