Now in its sixth year, ACMP Projections in Association with SONY 2009 will be showcasing a series of new works from 15 of Australia's top emerging photographers in a stunning high definition multimedia presentation on 30 foot high screens this May.

Featuring the finalists from the Projections 09 photographic competition, this is some of the best and most dynamic visual imagery you'll see this year.

This innovative approach of exhibiting stills in a cinematic environment accompanied by ambient soundtrack allows viewers to sit back and experience the best contemporary photography in Australia by the newest wave of hot talent.

Projections 2009 is all about the promotion of photographic talent that is big on imagination, innovation and creativity. Working in a digital industry, pushing boundaries, and being on the cutting edge.

AGDA member Julian Melhuish who served on the judging panel, commented that some of the shots were indeed worth of Magnum.

Projections 09 is proudly presented by the Australian Commercial and Media Photographers (ACMP) Trampoline program, which actively supports, promotes and educates emerging professional photographers.
