Realise Your Dream Award Winners Announced

The winners in the British Council’s Realise Your Dream campaign have been announced. An initiative of the British Council, the award seeks to promote links between the creative communities of Australia and the UK by granting the lucky winners $10,000 to assist with expenses in the UK, a return Virgin Atlantic economy flight to London and a tailored professional development programme devised in consultation with the British Council. 

From a pool of over 650 applications from around Australia, three winners were selected.

Congratulations to:
Jolie Hertzberg – a festival director and artistic producer from the Gold Coast QLD,
Emma Swift – a radio announcer and producer from Newtown NSW, and
Kate Just  – a visual artist from St Kilda VIC.

The campaign has previously awarded creatives such as Timba Smits, Ross Langdon and Karen Wong.
