
AgIdeas Call for Papers 2012. Abstracts deadline extended until 1st December!

AgIdeas 2012 Design for Business and Industry is pleased to invite proposals for research presentations. This event is a one day conference that provides design and business researchers, educators and practitioners with the opportunity to present peer-reviewed research papers on the theme ‘Design as a strategic resource: adding value to business and industry'.
Issues that might be addressed include: branding and corporate identities, product innovation, design and business-related management and leadership, commercial spatial design, industry-competitive design research, creative economy, research-based professional design, value-driven design research, industry-focused design education. Authors are also welcomed to present case studies and recommendations or implications for practitioners in business and industry.
The conference will be open to the public and the audience is invited to engage in the discussion at this event. This event is part of agIdeas, a series of design initiatives held annually in Melbourne Australia. agIdeas is one of the largest and most prestigious design programs in the world. Established 21 years ago by Ken Cato and developed and presented by the Design Foundation, agIdeas offers an extraordinary program celebrating design excellence and promoting the value of design driven innovation.
