Value of AGDA - Testimonial from Derek Butler, Black Squid Design

In a new feature on the AGDA site we will be hearing from AGDA members around the country on why they value their AGDA membership and what they enjoy about being part of the AGDA community.

Whether it is a story about connecting with someone, being inspired by a guest speaker, an AGDA Award they have won, or an AGDA event that made a difference in their designer life.

This week we hear from Derek Butler of Black Squid Design:

Being on the National Council and a judge at the 2006 National Awards crystallised two things for me. First, it made me realise the incredible dedication and tireless work done by AGDA. Second, it made me proud to be a part of a community that produces design of an international standard.
