Hiring designers and studio staff is an issue many studios face. This
Note being developed in conjunction with Equatorial Talent details a process
that will ensure you ask the right questions and handle your recruitment
in a professional manner.
Note to non-NSW members
I was reading the good practice note written by Equatorial in Sydney, and
it's probably worth noting that when writing recruitment ads in Victoria,
our Equal Opportunity rules are very different. We cannot say 2-3 yrs min
experience in Victoria, we have to say something like - "strong experience
in ...." Victorian members should check with their recruitment agency, The
Age, or EOO. Regards.

Other non-NSW members in other states should take note of this good advice
from Kim, and check with their local government or recruitment agency when
preparing the text of a recruitment advertisement [Editor].
