eBusiness consulting
AIGA Experience Design
A specialist community site for experience design professionals, eg. web, digital media, usability, etc. Not a huge amount of content, but most of it quite good and accessible.
e-consultancy
A UK-based community site for e-consultants of all types, with a big database of e-business white papers and some juicy discussion forums.
HCI Webliography
Comprehensive, frequently-updated listing of sites covering usability and HCI issues.

Former 'enfant terrible' of the new wave digital design consultancies. Razorfish managed to be both global and glamorous prior to the dotbomb of 2001 - now slimmer and more grown-up.
Sapient
One of the new global (including Sydney) monster firms in the web/e-business development arena.
SIGCHI - Special Interest Group on Computer-Human-Interaction
Gateway to a vast array of online and offline resources, including the major HCI academic and professional conference worldwide. For serious professionals only, because it's way too detailed for a casual read.
UIDesign
A webzine for interaction designers, with lots and lots of papers and discussions on all aspects of interaction design. Not for the casual browser, very useful for the exceptionally committed.
Useit.com
Site of Jakob Nielsen, tireless crusader for a usable web. While many usability/HCI professionals tend to cringe when Jakob is mentioned (because he is well-known, outspoken, and not always right), he is definitely worth a read if you are interested in usability
