Ross Raeburn - Soap Creative

Ross studied Fine Art where he Majored in sculpture and spent five blissful years building things with absolutely no practical value. Eventually, he reinvented himself in the world of digital advertising.

Since then, he’s gathered 15 years experience in the communications industry, from digital agency navyblue in the UK to Channel 7 and Yahoo!

He joined Soap Creative in 2006, heading up the strategy team and working on award-winning campaigns for brands such as Lynx, Magnum, ING Direct and the Cancer Council NSW. In 2010, he moved into the Managing Director role.

Sacha Coles - ASPECT Studios

Sacha Coles is Director of ASPECT Studios, one of Australia’s preeminent landscape architecture and urban design practices. He leads the award-winning Sydney studio in the design and delivery of significant public realm projects to create enduring places where people want to be.
 
With a prominent portfolio that includes The Goods Line - a new model for a 21 c. public space, to mixed use development; One Central Park – currently the Best Innovative Green Building in the world. His human-centric design touch extends right through Sydney’s South corridor with the new UTS Alumni Green, Darling Quarter, Pirrama Park, and Sydney’s new Light Rail project.
 
Having won numerous awards for his contribution to the industry, he is recognised as an expert on the evolving culture of Landscape Architecture and in 2014 was appointed Adjunct Professor at the UTS Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building, and is a board member of Object: Australian Centre for Craft and Design. As a driven humanist, his passion lies in the betterment of society through design.





Georgia Booth - Broadsheet

Georgia Booth is a Sydney-based writer. She is currently the acting editor of Broadsheet in Sydney, an online culture guide and quarterly print issue which spans food, fashion, nightlife, entertainment, art and design.

Established in 2009, Broadsheet has become the go to source for one of Australia’s fastest growing, engaged audiences. Covering both Melbourne and Sydney, Broadsheet is designed for people who like to be connected with daily information on the culture in their ever-changing cities.

Sydney is an incredible city and Georgia is committed to showing it off.





Elliott Routledge - Numskull

Elliott “Numskull” Routledge is an Australian based contemporary artist, working out of Sydney in a variety of fields and mediums including painting, sculpture, and large scale public murals.

Over the past 15 years, Elliott has shown work and installed major public murals all around the world. He has shown in galleries, painted walls and sold paintings throughout the world in such places as London, Vienna, New York, Melbourne, Tokyo, Paris, Singapore, Amsterdam, Hong Kong and extensively throughout Australia.

His work has evolved from simple street work to interpreted and reactive mixed media paintings and sculpture. Using simple colour hierarchy and contrast, his paintings are courageous and confronting, wether it’s a bold statuesque collage of a human, or a stark field of abstracted shapes inspired by modern fascinations.

Elliott’s work was most recently a feature of Art & About Festival, Sydney and has also been shown in the Museums Quartier, Vienna as a part of his 2014 Residency.





Tania Debono - Cake

Founder of creative/digital agency ‘CAKE’ and typography artist of ‘THEWRITING’, Tania’s media background ranges from TV News reporting, radio production, Journalism, PR, design and advertising.

In 2012 with a clear vision to break the formula of traditional media Tania created ‘CAKE’, since then her team have worked with a range of local and international clients including the Cancer Institute for the skin cancer awareness campaign ‘Pretty Shady’ and cult gelato sensation ‘Gelato Messina’.

Tania is also the hand behind ‘THEWRITING’, gathering fast worldwide  momentum via social media it has grown to feature in international exhibitions and collaborations including Marie Claire international covers, Bowers & Wilkins, The Cool Hunter, Oscar De La Renta, Estée Lauder and Krink NYC.

Tania regularly contributes her strategic and out of the box view on social media through articles, public speaking and notably in 2013 was named an Australian Top 30 under 30 entrepreneur.





Lukasz Karluk - Julapy

Lukasz Karluk is a digital artist working in the fields of interactive video installation and generative computer art. His work aims to bridge the gap between the real and the digital by creating immersive digital environments that lead participants on a path of playful discovery. Generative systems are a focus of Lukasz’s work. Visual elements and motifs are created and let loose to evolve and produce unique and ever-changing results. The final output is a variety of mediums including interactive video, print, 3D print and sound sculptures.





Daye Moffitt - Principals

Daye is a Strategy Director who’s worked in the industry for over 11 years. Since she started out, she’s helped reshape the fortunes of brands across a broad range of sectors – through retail, the arts, mining and finance. Daye is an avid believer of beautiful simplicity and a fervid rejecter of over-intellectualization – believing the world is complex enough. She’s facilitated countless brand workshops and helped position and strategically steer big and iconic brands such as the Sydney Opera House, Surf Life Saving Australia and John West. Currently working at Principals, the most Rebrand awarded independent agency in the Asia Pacific, Daye’s greatest working pleasure is to find the norm, then break it.
