Note, the previously free-to-use Hiermenus code referred to above is now only available under new commercial licensing terms, which are frankly extortionate ($1000-$3000). The code was adopted by this site (like many others) before the ownership of the code shifted hands and the licensing terms changed. Since the change, the hiermenus code used here has remained frozen at the version prior to the change, which in turn is governed by the original terms of free use in return for the attribution above.
